Ways to work and settle in Canada ?

Employer Sponsored Programs
A pathway to Canadian immigration is through SAI Canada Immigration’s Employer Sponsor Program. We can look for and schedule interviews with Canadian businesses and employers using this programme. These interviews can take place in-person, over the phone, through video chat, at one of our job fairs, or whenever it is most convenient for both the business and the candidate. If an application is accepted, the applicant will be given a work permit (WP) under a transition plan that, after a set amount of time, will eventually lead to permanent resident (PR) status, or, in some situations, a direct PR. Candidates who are chosen will receive both a WP and a PR. By taking this route, you can bring your entire family to Canada to experience a new way of life with your spouse, who can also provide financial support.

LMIA
Before recruiting a foreign worker, a Canadian business may be required to get a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).A qualified LMIA will demonstrate that a foreign worker is required to fill the position. Additionally, it will demonstrate that no Canadian citizen or permanent resident is qualified for the position.
A confirmation letter is another name for a positive LMIA.
Employers must apply for LMIAs if they are required. The employee can submit a work permit application after the employer receives the LMIA.
A worker must have a job offer letter, a contract, a copy of the LMIA, and the LMIA number in order to apply for a work permit

SINP
Saskatchewan is one of the Prairie provinces of Western Canada. Its economy is primarily based on agriculture and important natural resources industries like forestry and fishing. It boasts two major cities, Saskatoon and Regina, as well as vast expanses of pristine wilderness.
The SINP is Saskatchewan’s Provincial Nominee Program. Through this program, prospective immigrants with the skills and experience targeted by the province may receive a Saskatchewan Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will allow that foreign national to apply for Canadian permanent residence with processing times that are faster than other Canadian immigration classes.
The SINP accepts applications under the following categories:
International Skilled Worker Category
Saskatchewan Experience Category
Entrepreneur and Farm Category
Who is eligible for the SINP?
Score a minimum of 60 points on the SINP point assessment grid. Have a language test result that meets the federal Express Entry language requirements. Have completed post-secondary school or training that is comparable to at least one year of Canadian education.

PGWP
What exactly is a PGWP?
Students who have graduated from a participating Canadian post-secondary institution can earn important Canadian work experience through the post-graduation work permit. Please keep in mind that employment earned under the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program may be used to support your application to become a permanent resident of Canada.
Who is eligible for the PGWP?
Applicants are only eligible for one post-graduation employment permit in their lifetime. To be eligible for a post-graduation work permit, the candidate must either have valid temporary status or have departed Canada. They must have graduated from an authorized learning institution (DLI)

PNP
What is PNP ?
PNP streams are an important aspect of Canada’s immigration policy, with almost 250,000 applicants likely to receive Canadian permanent residence through a Provincial Nominee Program between 2021 and 2023. Provincial Nominee Programs are the fastest-growing economic immigration route in Canada.
Who is eligible for PNP ?The candidate must have a full-time job in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A or B) for an Ontario employee. The applicant must hold a qualification/diploma that qualifies him or her for the job in question. The candidate should have appropriate professional experience.
What happens after PNP?
Once the province or territory has approved your application and you have a Provincial Nominee Certificate, you must apply for permanent residence within the time frame specified.

FTA
FTAs allow foreign businesspeople to apply for temporary entrance into Canada. Everyone who qualifies for an FTA is exempted from Labour Market Impact Assessments, but they typically require a work permit (LMIA).
Before hiring a non-Canadian employee, Canadian employers may require an LMIA. A positive LMIA shows that no existing residents of the country (Canadians or permanent residents) are available and that a non-Canadian worker is required to fill the open position.
You might find obtaining a temporary entry easier through FTAs than through other routes because firms aren’t required to have an LMIA to hire a foreign worker under these agreements.
At the port of entry, such as at an airport or border crossing, new entrants can also apply for a work permit. With the exception of the FTA between Canada and Peru, applicants must be citizens of one of the relevant FTA nations (see below).
